Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Mace. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with Mace's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Membership of a professional project management body, such as APM, PRINCE2, or Agile.
