Job Title: Qualitative Research Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualitative Research Director to join our Behavioural and Communications Practice at Verian Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of strategic work, ensuring high-quality research and analysis, and developing relationships with clients. They will also contribute to the leadership of our growing team, driving innovation and excellence in qualitative research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Contribute to new business activities, including proposal development and client pitches
  • Collaborate with other experts to develop our offer, creating new solutions and training the team
  • Line manage one or more individuals, supporting their work and development
Requirements
  • Proven experience in qualitative research, ideally in the context of behavioural science
  • Strong project oversight experience, with excellent client handling skills
  • Aptitude for innovative project design and commercial skills to apply this to developing new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
