About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our qualitative research projects and drive business growth at Bamboo Crowd.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing research strategies, and mentoring junior team members.

With a strong background in qualitative research methods and experience working with FMCG clients, you will be well-equipped to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead qualitative research projects from conception to delivery
  • Develop and implement research strategies to meet client needs
  • Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills
Requirements
  • Proven experience in qualitative research methods
  • Strong client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with FMCG clients
