About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Worker to join our team of educational professionals. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, ensuring they can fully participate in classroom activities and access the curriculum effectively.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement tailored learning plans and behavior management strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assist in creating engaging and differentiated learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents on their achievements and areas for growth.

  • Proven experience working with children or young adults with SEN in an educational setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs and fostering their academic and personal growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
