Caregiver Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
• Support clients with their medication and provide assistance with daily tasks such as shopping and housework
• Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
