As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of contract management, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly review and analyze contract details, tender documents, and pre-construction information.
  • Develop comprehensive construction programs and release schedules based on project requirements.
  • Oversee the mobilization and setup of construction sites.
  • Conduct effective pre-start meetings with subcontractors to establish clear expectations and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers to ensure cost control and adherence to budgets.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and program deadlines.
  • Monitor live projects diligently, identifying and addressing any potential quality, cost, or schedule implications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate actively in project meetings and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Apply in-depth contractual knowledge of JCT & D&B Contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee the snag and de-snag processes to ensure project completion to the highest standards.
  • Organize the compilation and issuance of all Health & Safety (H&S) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
  • Participate in project handovers and demonstrations, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
  • Conduct post-contract wash-up meetings to finalize project documentation and lessons learned.
