This organization collaborates with governmental entities and commercial partners to provide advanced research, technology, and solutions within the communications security domain.
Important Note:
Given the sensitive nature of the operations, all applicants may need to secure and uphold a relevant UK security clearance; therefore, possessing a British Passport is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage both professional and personal scheduling for the CEO and other executive members, which includes organizing agendas, handling correspondence, and managing diary entries.
- Coordinate intricate scheduling and calendar oversight, ensuring effective communication and information flow to senior leadership.
- Organize travel arrangements for senior executives, including logistics for accommodation and transportation.
- Facilitate customer visits, ensuring appropriate venue selection, refreshments, and travel arrangements.
- Occasionally travel to support the CEO and executive team as needed.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including minute-taking, tracking action items, and monitoring progress.
- This list is not exhaustive; the Personal Assistant is expected to be adaptable in supporting the diverse responsibilities of the executive team.
