Cash Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Management Assistant to join our financial reporting team at Methodist Homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all statements are downloaded from the bank daily and uploaded to the finance system, performing bank reconciliations and investigating any issues, and ensuring accurate set up of payments in the banking system.
Additionally, the role involves reconciliation of cash tins and answering internal and external queries related to the treasury function.
We offer a hybrid working model and the flexibility to work remotely, with travel to our head office in Derby required.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all statements are downloaded from the bank daily and uploaded to the finance system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any issues.
- Ensure accurate set up of payments in the banking system.
- Reconciliation of cash tins.
- Answer internal and external queries related to the treasury function.
- Experience working in a large, fast-paced finance function.
- Full conversance with Microsoft Office.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
