Cash Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cash Management Assistant to join our experienced financial reporting team at Methodist Homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all statements are downloaded from the bank daily and uploaded to the finance system, performing bank reconciliations, and investigating any issues.
They will also be responsible for setting up payments in the banking system, reconciling cash tins, and answering internal and external queries related to the treasury function.
We offer a hybrid working model and the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel to our head office in Derby.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate set up of payments in the banking system.
- Reconciliation of cash tins.
- Answer internal and external queries related to the treasury function.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any issues.
- Ensure all statements are downloaded from the bank daily and uploaded to the finance system.
- Experience working in a large, fast-paced finance function.
- Full conversance with Microsoft Office.
