We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at RA Venues. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in leading our dedicated catering team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and direct the preparation and cooking of food to enhance the company's reputation for quality.
- Adopt a hands-on approach, taking responsibility for food production, including employee dining and pop-up events.
- Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and monitor costs against agreed budgets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and COSHH regulations.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, with a track record of catering for large numbers while maintaining high-quality food standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead, develop, train, and inspire a large team.
- A 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
