Job Role: Registered General Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RGN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care plans tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Create a positive and supportive environment for residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification (RN1, RN3, or RN1/RN3).
- Proven experience in elderly care, dementia care, and leading shifts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care.
