About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Officer to join our dedicated team at ABM UK. As a Mobile Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Regular Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor CCTV Systems: Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any incidents or alarms.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
  • Control Access: Control access to restricted areas and maintain accurate records of visitor information.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Respond to emergencies, such as accidents or medical incidents, and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Complete Incident Reports: Complete detailed incident reports and communicate findings to management.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to enforce company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred.
  • SIA Security License: Must possess a valid SIA Security License.
  • Strong Observation Skills: Strong observation and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Remain Calm: Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Physical Fitness: Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
