Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead bids and pitches to new clients, developing and delivering winning proposals
  • Retain and strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other disciplines within the firm, including project managers, engineers, and consultants
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry, including technical project management and contract administration
  • Lead junior members of the team and provide internal training and development opportunities

We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of notable project experience, both pre and post contract, with multimillion-pound schemes across the North West. You will possess a range of build experience, across a range of sectors, including commercial projects, residential, health, and a firm grasp of technical project management and the intimacies of the construction industry.

As a successful Associate Project Manager, you will have strong contract administration experience, be able to lead junior members of the team, and have worked for a professional consultancy in the UK, preferably in the North West. You will also have contacts with other specialist consultants and contractors.
