A reputable law firm in Essex is seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy and expanding private client department based in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a broad caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, court of protection, Probate, and the Administration of Estates and Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Private Client Matters
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Be an excellent listener with a sympathetic ear
  • Contribute to the marketing and networking of the Private Client Department

Requirements:

  • 2 years + PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Experience dealing with a broad caseload of Private Client matters
  • Excellent organisation skills for a fast-paced workload
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
