Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Digital Marketing and Fundraising Manager in developing and implementing a digital strategy to raise awareness, generate leads, and grow income.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across social, display, and PPC channels to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Support teams with their digital plans, including implementing and managing specific digital campaigns and providing results and learnings.
  • Develop and implement email supporter journeys and create donations pages as required.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform digital marketing and fundraising decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and fundraising, with a strong understanding of digital channels and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
