Job Title: Fundraising & Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising & Marketing Director to join our team at Comic Relief. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our fundraising campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support fundraising strategies and objectives.
  • Work with the Fundraising Creative Lead to develop campaign and marketing briefs.
  • Track and report on performance and identify improvements.
  • Participate in business planning cycles, prioritising activities and setting clear objectives.
  • Line manage, coach and develop the Fundraising Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of fundraising campaigns and digital fundraising channels.
  • Experience in developing marketing planning and delivery approaches.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience of fundraising for international and national causes.
  • Accredited fundraising or marketing qualification.
