About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lego Coding Instructor to join our team at Ignite Hubs. As a Coding Educator, you will be responsible for delivering interactive and engaging coding sessions using Lego Spike Essential and Spike Prime kits to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging and educational Lego coding sessions at various libraries in Southwark, London.
  • Utilize Lego Spike Essential and Spike Prime kits to teach coding and Python programming concepts.
  • Possibility to work additional hours by supporting other classes, creating resources, projects, and content for our Online Learning Platform.
Requirements
  • Passionate about using Lego to teach coding concepts.
  • Proficiency in block-based coding and Python programming.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple library locations.
  • Experience working with children and/or young people in a formal or informal community setting (desirable).
