The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Architectural Technologist to join our expanding office. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside Architects and other Technologists, creating detailed technical drawings for building regulations, construction drawing packages, and tenders. Your role will also involve assisting colleagues and attending site visits.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong design ability with an emphasis on technical design.
- Operate as an organized team player, able to work well under pressure, and possess knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Lead projects, working on RIBA Work Stages 4-6.
- Update project programs, research products and systems, provide on-site technical support to clients and/or contractors.
- Liaise closely with clients on meeting budget and quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in professional practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD and Revit (preferred).
- Evident construction knowledge and practical understanding of common construction methods.
- Keen eye for detail.
