With a reputation for pushing the boundaries of architecture, my client works on projects within the Residential, Retail, and Leisure space.

• Developing detailed technical drawings and specifications for various projects using Revit/AutoCAD.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the practical implementation of design ideas.
• Coordinating project details, ensuring compliance with building regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Providing technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
• Managing planning applications, building control, and liaising with local authorities as required.

• A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design and modelling software.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Experience in coordinating and producing detailed construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with the wider design and construction teams.
