Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Warner Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the bar and restaurant areas.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including food and beverage offerings.
  • Upsell and promote our products and services to guests, ensuring maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a safe and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
