Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping Team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to provide tailored recommendations to our guests.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, working closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Team Leaders to achieve our goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with industry best practices.
