Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children and young people in a similar setting is essential for this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals.
  • Confidence to handle challenging situations with patience and a calm demeanor.
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve positive outcomes, providing guidance and mentorship to develop in their roles.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
