A Workday Payroll Consultant is required to support the project management of the implementation of Workday Payroll for a global consumer brand. The role will be based in London and involve working in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of one day required in the office.

Reporting to the Workday Payroll Project Lead, you will play a key role in managing the testing scenarios of Workday Payroll and parallel data runs. Your responsibilities will include identifying defects, managing data catch-ups and EIB loads, and owning the data validation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll testing, parallel data tests, and EIB loads
  • Support the business-as-usual payroll team with Workday payroll queries
  • Train users across the business on the Workday payroll system
  • Support the go-live on Workday payroll

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will have experience working on a Workday Payroll project and be certified in Workday. You must be available to start by the end of September and commit to a 12-week contract. A clear communicator with the ability to work with the project team is essential.
