New Homes Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Development Manager to join our growing team in the Bury area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with developers and secure contracts for new residential developments.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers and landowners.
- Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities within the designated region.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive agreements (Sole Agency) for new housing developments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Managers and Directors regarding new homes projects.
- Provide market insights and analysis to support developers in their decision-making processes.
- Proven experience in new homes sales or a related field within the property industry.
- A strong track record of building successful relationships with developers and securing contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications.
