  • Ensure relationships are developed and maintained to a high standard
  • Be the central point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
  • Be aware of new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder/developer
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
