As an NEC specialist Contract and Quantity Surveying practice, we are dedicated to fostering and developing our in-house talent. Our team is fully conversant and confident with the suite of NEC4 contracts, promoting both professional growth and exceptional service delivery.

In this role, you will confidently manage projects independently or as part of a team, overseeing procurement, contract administration, and project commercial assurance. Experience with NEC4 contracts is ideal, but familiarity with other contract forms and a keen interest in NEC4 is also welcomed.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage projects independently or as part of a team
* Oversee procurement, contract administration, and project commercial assurance
* Develop and deepen your NEC4 knowledge and experience

Requirements:

* Degree level or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Procurement / Project Management / Engineering
* Qualified or working towards professional accreditation (RICS, CIPS, APM, ICE or similar)
* Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel
