The Role

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Equipment Assembler to join our team in the UK. As an Electrical Equipment Assembler, you'll be responsible for assembling and testing electrical equipment, including electromechanical components and electronics. Your tasks will include:

  • Assembling and soldering electromechanical components
  • Reading and understanding technical documents for manufacturing purposes
  • Handling documents and non-conformities according to stated processes
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in quality, delivery, and cost
  • Supporting new employees in their education and training
  • Communicating the status of ongoing work in a clear and concise manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Three to five years of experience in electromechanical assembly or production
  • Manual soldering skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • High expectations regarding fine motor skills, endurance, and accuracy
