  • Perform setup and checking of networked PCs, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Use simple utilities to update information on the intranet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide exceptional technical expertise to all assigned customer networks, ensuring high-quality support.
  • Utilize our ticket-based system to manage and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Identify areas of growth within the school from a technical and engineering perspective, escalating findings to the account manager.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to clients and commercial information to account managers, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a helpdesk or support environment, with a strong understanding of ICT systems.
  • Microsoft Server skills are highly desirable, with a strong understanding of networked systems.
  • Professional and polished communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
  • Experience in the education sector is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • A clean and valid DBS disclosure is mandatory.
  • A keen desire to learn and expand on existing knowledge and skills, with a strong commitment to professional development.
