Role Overview:

With a commitment to strong principles, we strive to be not just a good workplace, but an exceptional one. The Co-owner Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in helping us reach this aspiration.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is diverse, and no two days will be alike. You might begin your day collaborating with the Facilities team to brainstorm ideas for an event designed for co-owners, gathering their insights and feedback from the organization, and then coordinating with Health & Safety to conduct necessary risk assessments. Before lunch, you may facilitate a focus group with the Learning and Development team to plan a Wellbeing Week, which will include activities and resources aimed at enhancing mental, physical, social, and financial wellness. The afternoon could involve research; reaching out to charitable partners to explore volunteer opportunities that align with our values and co-owner interests.
Event Management:
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and process payments.
- Design and implement a calendar of engaging, company-wide co-owner activities and events.
Wellbeing Initiatives:
- Lead the execution of our wellbeing strategy and program of wellbeing events.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, particularly within the People Team and Health and Safety Team, to gather insights and proactively assess the wellbeing strategy.
Community Engagement:
- Oversee co-owner involvement with our various charity and community partnerships.
- Establish and nurture relationships with partner organizations, providing regular updates and ensuring mutual benefits.
General Duties:
- Stay attuned to co-owner needs, ensuring these insights are reflected in our engagement and wellbeing strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in designing, organizing, delivering, and managing successful events, preferably in a multi-site context.
- Genuine enthusiasm for co-owner wellbeing.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all co-owners and external partners at various levels.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills, with the ability to implement multiple projects successfully while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- A sincere passion for enhancing the workplace and a contagious enthusiasm.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with co-owners at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a knack for innovative, on-brand ideas, while remaining practical and adaptable.
- Commitment to co-owner engagement and an understanding of its significance in organizational success.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
This position offers a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week. The salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience.
