Job Title: Digital Trading Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Riverford Organic Farmers. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for shaping our online experience, curating seasonal products, and ensuring an intuitive and engaging shopping journey that reflects our commitment to sustainability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, customer engagement, and sales performance across our online platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Evaluate sales data and customer behavior to inform product offerings and promotional strategies, increasing basket size, profitability, and retention.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A flexible, hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days a week on-site at our beautiful Wash Farm in Devon.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing online product assortments, sales performance, and digital platforms to drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong ability to evaluate sales data and customer behavior, using insights to shape product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Experience working closely with teams such as brand, range development, and demand planning to ensure seamless coordination.

Application Process:

We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis and may close the advert early. The process consists of three stages, beginning with a virtual interview, followed by an on-site visit to our farm.
