Job Summary
Investigo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of the finance management team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of the organization's short and long-term financial plans, shaping management reporting, and providing strategic decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning: Lead the long-term strategic and financial planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes. This involves setting timetables, designing and implementing approaches, coordinating delivery across business units, consolidating, reporting, and analyzing submissions, and providing presentational output for signing off plans.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare the Group weekly and monthly performance reporting, which is used for Executive and Board meetings, working closely with the Group CFO. Clear and concise communication of financial information and insights is crucial to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
- Multi-Currency Treasury and Cash-Flow: Manage and optimize the organization's multi-currency treasury and cash-flow operations.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide ad-hoc strategic projects, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal for new initiatives, acquisitions, or capital projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Help drive continuous improvement across the finance function, simplifying core processes and improving financial planning, reporting, and cash management.
Requirements
We are looking for a hands-on qualified Accountant with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence and drive change. You will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with the Group Financial Controller, Group CFO, and business unit Finance Directors.
