Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, targeted sales environment, preferably within insurance or private medical insurance brokerage.
  • Paid for qualifications - £1,000 gross annual salary increase upon completion of the Cert CII Qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up leads from high-quality sources, such as industry reports and market research.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on health insurance products, balancing customer service with sales targets.
  • Deliver on agreed sales targets and maximize opportunities for future business growth.
  • Assess client needs and deliver insurance solutions in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all clients receive the most appropriate advice and service.
  • Build effective relationships to provide clients with the best value from their cover and identify additional beneficial products.
  • We support each other in both everyday moments and challenging situations.
