### Key Responsibilities:

* Implement best-practice SEO strategies to enhance traffic and commercial performance
* Collaborate with in-house technical teams to improve CMS for user experience
* Independently manage SEO optimisation decisions for CAVU clients and owned brands
* Write and optimise Title Tags and Meta Descriptions, monitoring their performance and adjusting as needed

### Requirements:

* 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience (technical and content)
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Commercial Focus: Proven experience meeting or exceeding SEO performance targets
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance reports confidently
