THE ROLE

Team Overview:

The New Business & Enterprise Risk (NB&ER) team plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to risk management protocols for new clients and matters, which encompasses conflict assessments, client approvals, financial crime evaluations, and more. The Conflicts Team operates on a global scale to deliver conflict resolution solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee global conflict assessments to identify and address legal and commercial conflicts. Provide guidance to partners on conflict management and risk evaluation. Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate seamless operations. Contribute to the enhancement of conflict management technologies.

Qualifications:

Law degree/LPC. Previous experience in a professional services setting. Strong analytical and research capabilities. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
