Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join our team as a Lead Legionella Risk Assessor. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and providing expert advice to clients on Legionella control and water quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of air and water quality at clients' premises, including Legionella and Ventilation (BS EN 15780) risk assessments.
  • Establish and maintain statutory compliance and benchmark systems against industry-recognised standards.
  • Liaise with clients and their representatives to agree on action plans to address any non-compliance issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Legionella control and water quality management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Legionella risk assessment and water quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-recognised standards, including L8 and HSG274.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
