Job Description

**Job Title:** Legionella Risk Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join our team. As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, servicing, testing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves (TMV), collecting water samples, and preparing detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
  • Servicing, testing, and maintenance of thermostatic mixing valves (TMV).
  • Collecting water samples and conducting laboratory analysis.
  • Chlorination and disinfection of water systems.
  • Preparing detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.
  • Producing clear schematic drawings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor or similar role.
  • Good understanding of ACOP L8.
  • UK based with full rights to work.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overnight stays and be on call.
