POSITION SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and spirited individual to take on the role of Linen Room Attendant within the Housekeeping Department at The Ritz London.

In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring that all operations within the linen and laundry area are executed seamlessly and meet the esteemed Ritz standards. This includes the washing, drying, pressing, and preparation of all laundry items.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Capability to perform under pressure while maintaining strong organizational skills
  • Proficient command of the English language
  • Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor towards both internal and external guests
