Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in Scotland/North England
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including premium bike resellers and retailers
- Sell e-bikes and related products to customers, achieving sales targets and gross margin goals
- Manage sales operations, including order processing, sales administration, and training
- Provide excellent commercial and after-sales service to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the TENWAYS brand and products in the region
- Provide business intelligence on competition, products, and activities to inform sales strategies
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time, including overnight stays
- 10+ years' experience in selling a similar type of product, preferably in the e-bike industry
- Knowledge and experience in sales, market research, and analysis
- Highly organized, with strong people skills and superior interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate technological acumen and ability to acclimate quickly to new digital platforms
- Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills and a can-do mentality
