**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals across a fast-paced manufacturing site.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive technical strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement within the technical and quality departments.
- Manage and lead internal audits to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior technical management roles.
- Proven experience working in a high-risk, high-care food manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lead Auditor certification.
- HACCP Level 4/Food Safety Level 4.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary up to £80,000.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- A Monday-to-Friday working schedule (8:30am - 5pm).
