Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analyses of agent calls and customer communications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings, presenting them to management.
