Role Overview
As a Strategic Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating growth and transformation within Siemens Healthineers' operations in Great Britain and Ireland. You will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Value Added Services.

Key Responsibilities
- Support transformation initiatives and strategic programs that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Prepare high-quality executive-level presentations and communications, offering updates on strategic analyses, recommendations, and implementation progress.
- Collaborate with various business units to establish governance structures for projects, ensuring a scalable approach to execution.
- Centralize information to provide management reports, enabling informed and timely decision-making for project success.

Monitoring and Reporting
- Track the status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio and individual projects.
- Oversee financial metrics such as budgets, forecasts, and capacity planning.
- Identify and monitor project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Facilitate resource capacity planning to gain real-time insights into project resourcing.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in management consulting, with 1-2 years in a strategy or management consulting firm.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects and change initiatives across various sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to motivate, network, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
