Clinique Consultant - M&S - 21 Hours

About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a talented and passionate Consultant to join our team in Camberley. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized skincare and makeup recommendations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for every client.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Clinique's products and services, and use this knowledge to recommend custom-fit routines and solutions to meet individual customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment, adhering to high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • A passion for beauty and skincare, with a desire to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience is beneficial, but not essential - we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
