As an Accounts Coordinator, your primary focus will be on managing accounts receivable, while also engaging in a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Payment Allocation: Ensuring accurate allocation of payments to customer accounts.
  • Credit Management: Conducting credit control and pursuing outstanding invoices.
  • Accounts Payable Support: Assisting with accounts payable tasks as required.
  • Collaboration: Supporting the Accounts Manager with various accounting functions.
  • Payroll Processing: Handling weekly payroll activities.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilizing Sage, Sage Payroll, and Excel for daily operations.

The organization is looking for a full-time team member. Previous experience with Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll is highly advantageous. Candidates should possess a background in accounting tasks, and while prior payroll experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
