Annual Salary Review
Key Responsibilities:

Algorithm Development:

Design, develop, and refine computer vision algorithms to derive significant insights from visual data, enhancing the capabilities of the company's AI-driven platform.


Data Aggregation:

Collaborate with various data sources, including CCTV systems, IoT devices, and external feeds, to compile and analyze real-time information.


Machine Learning Implementation:

Train and optimize AI and machine learning models to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the platform's anomaly detection and predictive analytics functionalities.


System Integration:
Work alongside the engineering team to incorporate computer vision solutions with existing systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation.

Research and Development:

Keep abreast of the latest advancements in computer vision and AI technologies, applying innovative strategies to tackle complex challenges.


Performance Enhancement:
Continuously assess and improve the performance of computer vision algorithms to guarantee real-time processing and precision.

Collaboration and Communication:

Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver robust and scalable solutions.


Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and validation of computer vision systems to uphold high standards of quality and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on computer vision, AI, or machine learning.


Professional Experience:
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying computer vision solutions in a commercial environment.

Programming Proficiency:

Strong skills in programming languages such as Python and C++, along with experience in computer vision libraries and frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.


Algorithm Expertise:
Solid experience in developing and optimizing computer vision algorithms for tasks such as object detection, tracking, segmentation, and classification.

Machine Learning Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of machine learning principles and experience in training and fine-tuning models for computer vision applications.

Data Management:
Familiarity with handling large datasets and real-time data processing.

Analytical Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think creatively and implement innovative solutions.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Team Collaboration:
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced start-up environment.
