Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced In-House Recruitment Specialist to join our internal recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume weekly positions, ensuring a seamless process from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and anticipate on-going needs for seasonal uplifts.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through a variety of channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, suitability, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a strong candidate pipeline by managing talent pools for recurring roles.
  • Coordinate and manage candidate on boarding, ensuring all admin, compliance, and legal requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with recruitment objectives.
  • Utilize recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-volume temporary recruitment, ideally within food manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience of managing social media advertising.
