Key Responsibilities:

As a Civil Engineer - Housing Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting an established technical team to deliver quality housing across the region. You will provide engineering support to the land and development team during feasibility studies, leading the preparation of site viability reports following current residential development regulations, and managing the involvement of external consultants. This includes identifying the need for consultants, managing fee agreements and scopes of service, and ensuring timely and accurate information flow to meet project schedules and adhere to National Housebuilding Council standards.

Key Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Understanding and acting upon the commercial implications related to planning and design, engineering, ground remediation, and statutory services.

•⁠ ⁠Assisting in tendering, setting up management companies on-site, and ensuring all legal aspects of various agreements are met.

•⁠ ⁠Working closely with internal departments, consultants, and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery.
