Job Description:
We are a leading education recruitment agency, Education Supply Pool, seeking a skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the education system by providing cover for classes in secondary schools based in Merthyr Tydfil and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in a professional manner, adapting to the needs of students and teachers.
- Implement behavior management strategies and maintain discipline in the classroom.
- Assess pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Be adaptable, proactive, and reliable in a fast-paced educational environment.

Requirements:
