Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and store IT equipment and peripheral orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook, with experience in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across several teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Transportation experience, including customer returns, hardware orders, or backlog management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
