MEP Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join our team at Borne Resourcing Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on a major super-prime residential project in Hampshire.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze issued design information to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Raise and resolve Requests for Information (RFIs) in a timely manner.
  • Review and evaluate tender packages to ensure best value for the project.
  • Manage and coordinate the installation of MEP systems, including reviewing schedules of rates and plant and material costs.
  • Arrange and chair regular sub-contractor progress meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead programmes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with the project quality plan.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an MEP Manager on projects with values between £10m and £30m.
  • Strong track record of delivering high-end residential projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
