About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at VINCI Construction France. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initial negotiation to final testing, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that their requirements are met.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise on PLC-based control systems, ensuring that projects are delivered to the required technical standards.
  5. Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular project updates and reports.
Requirements
  1. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in PLC-based control systems, including design, implementation, and testing.
  2. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  3. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the industrial automation industry, including trends, technologies, and best practices.
